**Secondary School Cover Supervisor

Doncaster

Milk Education is currently recruiting for a vibrant and enthusiastic cover supervisor to start ASAP in a secondary school in Doncaster.

The position will be long term carrying on from January and running until the Easter Holidays with the possibility ofextension after this.

The general role of cover supervisor is responsible for covering teacher absences by delivering pre-set work to a class of children and managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students stay on task.

You will need to have:

Strong behaviour management
Experience working with children
Confidence
Natural rapport with children
Strong Class Management
Ability to lead a classroom

This role does not necessarily require any specific qualification but rather you will need to be confident and able to manage a classroom independently.
