Juice is excited to be supporting a prominent business based in Chippenham, in their search for a Repair Technician to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic role for someone looking for great training and the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills within an established company.

The Role

You will be working in the Operations team and be responsible for the testing and repair of all customer devices in a timely manner ensuring customer expectations are satisfied.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include Diagnosing faults and establishing an appropriate method of repair

Selecting necessary components required for the repair process
Reviewing device performance and performing quality checks
Implementing required software onto devices
Assisting with other technical and operations tasks when required

About you
Ideally, you will have relevant experience and an interest in pursuing a career in IT.

We'd love to see someone who is highly organised and has the ability to learn about new electronic equipment quickly and enthusiastically.

You will be a good communicator,have brilliant time management skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Hours Mon-Fri 8.00am - 4.30pm inclusive with a 1/2 hour lunch break.
