Job Summary:
The FX Prime Brokerage Client Services is part of Global Markets Product Control and you will be responsible for managing relationships with our institutional clients and providing exceptional service and support.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, assisting them with onboarding, trade execution, account maintenance, and resolving any issues or inquiries.
London team oversees other regions as well.Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for institutional clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Understand and anticipate client needs, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the client lifecycle.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, including account setup, documentation, and legal agreements.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as trading, operations, and compliance, to ensure smooth client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
- Execute trade orders accurately and efficiently, liaising with clients and executing brokers.
- Monitor and resolve trade and settlement issues, working closely with internal teams and counterparties to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide proactive market insights, analysis, and updates to clients, keeping them informed about market developments and relevant industry trends.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, striving for quick and effective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate client records, activity logs, and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, product enhancements, and client service innovations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in FX prime brokerage client services or a related clientfacing role within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of FX markets, prime brokerage services, and trading platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
- Exceptional relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Proficient in using related software: stron Excel knowldge.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to FX prime brokerage services is preferred.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
