Service Advisor required in Bridgend.

Starting salary is £22,800-26,300 per annum.
Access to a performance based bonus between £ per month.
8:30am5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am4:00pm Friday with a half hour lunch break. No weekends required.

Our client, a franchise approved car dealer group, are currently looking to recruit a Vehicle Service Advisor to join one of their dealerships in Bridgend.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work alongside another Vehicle Service Advisor and a workshop team and shall be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles in for service, maintenance or repair work and arranging, where necessary, a courtesy vehicle.

As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will greet customers into the Service Department, extensively liaise with the workshop to monitor and chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, and up-sell on additional products and services where possible.
