The Role:
Production Coordinator / Production Administrator


Where:
Thame near Aylesbury


Starting Salary :
£25,000 pa


Hours of Work:
F/T Monday - Thursday 7.30 am to 4.45pm Friday 12.30 finish


The main Purpose of the Job is to provide administration support for Production/Factory and to cover for office admin during holiday and periods of absence.

Any knowledge of the Construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.


Responsibilities for the Production Coordinator / Production Administrator will include:
Answering incoming calls, helping with customer material requirements and placing orders with suppliers, making sure stock is up to date, process all factory stock movements and updates from incoming materials, helping with the administration of FSC & ISO9001,health and safety, machine/equipment servicing - Place orders and bookings for all service works, looking after commercial vehicles and outside transport, tooling -placing orders for new tools and re-sharpening tools
