We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an
Admin & Clerical - Administrator in Solihull for the purpose of vacancy cover.


Pervious administrative experience, is a must

Duties of the role include:


  • Providing administrative support, in supporting senior administrators
  • Maintaining computerized/manual information systems in line with office procedures to support service delivery.
  • Providing a professional/friendly/efficient point of contact.
  • Planning/Building Control
  • Ensuring all incoming correspondences are dealt with effectively
  • Undertaking word processing, photocopying, filing, scanning as required
  • Carrying out reception duties as required
  • Handling and processing manual/computerized information with care and accuracy whilst having regard to confidentiality and security
  • Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to work without supervision
  • Any other relevant duties as required


This position is a temporary role contracted for
six months (temp to perm with a view to extend), (hybrid), paying £11.81ph.

Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
£11.81 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Solihull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
