We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an
Admin & Clerical - Administrator in Solihull for the purpose of vacancy cover.
Pervious administrative experience, is a must
Duties of the role include:
- Providing administrative support, in supporting senior administrators
- Maintaining computerized/manual information systems in line with office procedures to support service delivery.
- Providing a professional/friendly/efficient point of contact.
- Planning/Building Control
- Ensuring all incoming correspondences are dealt with effectively
- Undertaking word processing, photocopying, filing, scanning as required
- Carrying out reception duties as required
- Handling and processing manual/computerized information with care and accuracy whilst having regard to confidentiality and security
- Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to work without supervision
- Any other relevant duties as required
This position is a temporary role contracted for
six months (temp to perm with a view to extend), (hybrid), paying £11.81ph.

£11.81 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Solihull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
