We're recruiting for a Call Desk Administrator for our well-established client based in Milton Keynes.

You'll support the help desk team, coordinating service engineers by allocating tasks and recording activity information in Service Management Software.

Carry out general service administrative tasks, such as answering incoming phone calls, and preparing invoicing for example.

Primary Responsibilities of the Call Desk Administrator - Support the help desk team in all the below tasks:

  • Co-ordinate all service engineers (PPM, breakdowns & quoted works) within a designated region
  • Proactively communicate progress to all stakeholders (ETA's, outstanding works, etc.)
  • Proactively trigger escalations when necessary
  • Maintain the Service Management system in realtime
  • Complete all service invoicing within a designated region
  • Manage and administer service contracts within a designated region
  • Coordinate all other regional administration (rotas, planners, etc.)
  • Ensure all requirements under H&S legislation and required quality systems are actively adhered to
  • Actively demonstrate the support of other areas/departments within the company to ensure a team spirit is observed
  • Any other reasonable request compatible with the job description as identified by the Service Operations Manager

Call Desk Administrator Experience:


  • Working in a B2B Call Desk environment
  • Experience in Service Administration
