We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide a proficient and professional support service to our Chief People Officer.

In a fast-paced, high-energy environment, the job of a Personal Assistant in CtM is challenging yet rewarding.

This is a high-profile role and provides an exciting opportunity to support at Exec level in a dynamic, evolving business, where you will have a direct influence on the effectiveness of our Leadership Team.

Your Experience

You will have had experience in a similar role at Executive level, understanding the importance of providing a proactive and engaging level of service, understanding the importance of discretion and confidentiality.


It's particularly important to demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently deal with people in all roles across the organisation
  • Confidence in dealing with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Be able to forward plan and act on your own initiative, to horizon scan for upcoming challenges and be confident to action as appropriate
  • Be meticulous by nature with first class organisation skills and sound judgement and resilience when facing competing priorities
  • Have high standards, a strong work ethic and a focus on delivery and execution
  • Demonstrate excellent IT and MS Office skills, numerate and good analytical skills

As part of our wider Central Services team, you'll be ensuring we operate in the most effective and efficient way possible to deliver against our strategy.

Our Central Services teams are an essential part of our business and make sure our technical teams are equipped to deliver better outcomes, faster.

You'll use your experience in a wide range of activities, including diary management, supporting with the creation of reports and presentations and helping with prioritisation of activities.

You will promote a collaborative working environment in the PA community, and lead from the front with role model behaviours.
