Commercial Property Lawyer**

EXPERIENCE:
2-6 PQE
**LOCATION:

West Yorkshire****SALARY:

Up to £40,000 DOE**
THE ROLE:This reputable law firm are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE.

You will handle a mixed caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors.

In this role you will beworking for a team of well-trained and supportive individuals, the firm will provide IT resources as well as full secretarial support.

The firm require a talented individual with excellent communication skills to ensure the best service is delivered.

You willbe joining a busy property team who are experienced in advising across the full remit of Commercial Property law.

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is keen to hear from Solicitors who have experience 2-6 year's post-qualification experience and have an enthusiastic, pro-active approach.

The successful Commercial Property Lawyer must possess the ability to take a commercial and practical approachas well as the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative and prioritise workloads.

You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike. Your ability to hit the ground running asan experienced solicitor will be crucial to your success in this role.
