We are currently recruiting for an integral role within our UK&I Internal Communications & Engagement team.


The Engagement & IC Exec role will support the team in delivering colleague engagement activities to help create our Great Place to Work environment.


You will lead the Great Place to Work champions across the office network to deliver engaging activities which encourage colleagues to collaborate and network.

You will have a passion for driving a culture that encourages everyone to bring their very best selves to work and strive towards our goal to become a Global Top 25 Great Place to Work.

You will have a good understanding of how these activities align to our UK&I strategic goals and have the ability to refocus and prioritise as the needs of the business change.

A dynamic and proactive approach to your work is essential and strong written communication skills are a must.


Why this role is important to us


You will also support the team with the critical role of managing the editorial planning calendar for all Internal Communications & Engagement activity, aligning all the campaigns across the team in a coordinated master plan.

In addition, you will support the Head of Internal Communications and Engagement in managing the Leadership Group communications and events.


This is an exceptional role for a talented individual with an interest in Internal Communications & People Engagement, with a creative flair, outstanding communication skills and a can-do attitude.


Qualifications:


Work that matters - What you'll be doing

  • Work with the Content & Channel Manager to update the planning board to ensure clarity around key campaigns and initiatives.
  • Run monthly comms updates with a network of BU & function partners / ERGs / PR / TA to ensure the plan is updated regularly providing twoway feedback into the process
  • Support daily scrum meetings to ensure the IC and Engagement team is clear on key actions and to ensure that the flow of communication is managed effectively to the appropriate audience groups
  • Help write and deliver communications campaigns as required by the team working, work with the Content and Channel Manager to build a schedule of product insight sessions for all U&I colleagues
  • Diarise monthly Leadership Group webinars / event manage quarterly offsite conferences
  • Create an annualised plan of GPTW activities across the network and measure the effectiveness using surveys / Ombea units.


Contribute to the development of a strong collaborative culture within the Communications function, which positions Experian UK&I as the best place to work for communication specialists.


What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Expert knowledge of the Horizon platform
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Strong technical support skills for Teams / webinars / Slido
  • A creative approach to campaign planning
  • Outcomefocused
  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a "virtual" team working environment
  • Excellent Office, and in particular PowerPoint, skills are preferable for the role
  • Social Media and SharePoint skills are optional, but a bonus
