A great opportunity has arisen to join an established Independent Estate Agency and Lettings Firm in Canary Wharf, East London.

They are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.


Main responsibilities, but not limited:

  • Match applicant criteria to properties
  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Follow up and give feedback to relevant landlords
  • Negotiating terms between tenants and landlords
  • Arrange and attend Letting appraisals and convert to listings
  • Marketing and ensuring all systems are adhered to compliance
  • Creating new opportunities to increase market growth

Skills and attributes required:

  • 2 years of Lettings Negotiator experience
  • Maintain high standards of organisation and professionalism
  • Strong determination to meet and exceed targets
  • Excellent knowledge of market conditions within Lettings
  • Self motivated and use own initiative to increase market share
  • Strong negotiation skills with high customer service level
  • Full UK driving licence and own car

Salary:

£23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

OTE £45,000

Plus car allowance
