Are you passionate about making a positive impact in your community? Join our dedicated Resettlement and Community Safety Scheme (RACS) team, a North Yorkshire County-wide service that specializes in providing housing-related support services for high and medium-level risk offenders supervised by The National Probation Service (NPS).

As a Housing Support Worker with RACS, you'll be at the forefront of transforming lives in the local community. We are committed to providing support & offering personalized 121 housing-related support services.

We focus on addressing individual client needs, reducing the risk of re-offending, and guiding them toward a successful move into independent living.

**If you have: - Good interpersonal skills including listening and the ability to display empathy.

  • Experience or understanding of working with clients to develop independent living skills and support rehabilitation.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships whilst maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
  • Have access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence.
