Customer Service Account Manager

Derby hybrid

£24,000 - £25,000

PermanentMacildowie are pleased to be working with a Finance organisation based in Derby to recruit a Customer Service Account Manager to join their team. The role is offered to the market due to internal promotion.

You will be set tasks by the Regional Sales Directors and support a Sales team and a large group of Advisors handling day to day operational issues.

We are looking for someone who is confident speaking on the phone, has the ability to work well under pressureand is IT literate.

This role will ideally suit someone who has a Customer Service background in an office environment.
Working hours will be Monday Friday 9-5:30 3 days from the office and 2 optional days from home.

Role and responsibilities include:

Responsible for proactive follow up of any current or new initiatives.
Maintain contact and agree actions with Regional Sales Directors.
Understand organisations central functions and develop relationship with all head office members of staff.
Maintain contact with Regional Sales Directors to confirm any feedback and action plans.
Full understanding of all key projects including delivery programme providing feedback from proactive call out plans.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures as set by Company and National Sales
Maintain Generic knowledge of the financial services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary.
Customer service background essential
Office experience
Great communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to communicate at all levels
Driven and motivated
Confident in approach
IT Literate and good understanding of MS package inc. Excel, word and Office.
