North Wests leading Legal practices, specialising inPersonal Injury, Defamation, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, and Abuse are seeking a Fraud Fee Earner.
This role has a competitive salary and the firm offers excellent benefits. The role is Bolton based and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. The position is a full time, permanent vacancy.

About You:

Previous fraud/counter fraud handling experience preferred
Target driven whilst maintaining exceptional client care
Confident when working to targets
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills
Excellent knowledge of the CPR and Credit Hire case law.
Ability to provide a high level of client care.
Ability to work efficiently and effectively, as part of a team and using one's own initiative.

The Role, will include managing the various stages on an RTA claim, using an automated, lean and efficient case workflow to achieve the best possible outcome for the client and the firm.

With a mixture of cases, predominantly Fast Track/Multi Track matters,from those with multiple medicals required to those with just special damages.
