Introduction:

This is a hybrid role with one day per week required onsite, and the rest of the work can be done from home. If you wish you work onsite more than this then you are able to, but one day per week is the minimum expectation.

My client is a large defence and engineering consultancy who provide critical infrastructure to the Royal Navy and complex engineering services across the globe.

They are looking for an IA Support Officer to help with the introduction of a new Information Assurance function. You will need to have experience in a highly regulated environment and strong administration skills to be considered for this role.

Key responsibilities:

Manage security incident reporting and identify trends in the business.
Maintain a nuclear register, conducing assurance and spot checks.
Manage SharePoint systems, ensuring they comply with legislation and are ready to be audited.

Skills & experience:

Previous nuclear experience or experience in a highly regulated environment.
An ability to summarise complex information and present in an effective manner
Effective interpersonal skills
Experience in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and SharePoint
