Fraud NDA Handler -Motor Fraud - Bolton
File handler or Paralegal

  • Bolton
  • An established national law firm looking to significantly expand its motor fraud team which is a clear market leader in terms of of size, clientbase and reputation. This role is for a technical file handler who will run a caseload of Non-Delegated Authority litigated counterfraud files.

Previous experience: Handling non-delegated counter-fraud cases.


Pride in defeating dishonest motor claims.

  • Identifying and escalating any opportunities for strategic litigation
  • Devising and implementing case strategies
  • Liaising with appropriate parties such as clients, witnesses, and experts
  • Building and developing client relationships

The ideal applicant

  • Be familiar with the use of Case Management Systems
  • Show willingness and ability to identify and escalate cases
  • Possess good client care skills
  • Show good attention to detail; and
  • Have a track record of achieving objectives

Flexible / remote working


The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with the option of working 1 day per week in the office and 4 days working from home.
