TMM is supporting an exciting new opportunity for a reputable energy industry based in the Westhill for a Communications Advisor on a full-time permanent basis.

In this role you will be working on internal communication initiatives for the company alongside the Communications Manager, experience in a similar role will be beneficial.

Key roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to are:

Experience with Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
Able to work well alone and with others.
Able to use your initiative.
Communicating and distributing list management, including management of shared mailboxes, and following up on enquiries.
Helping develop and implement the internal communications annual plan.
Engaging with all levels of management and departments to deliver internal communications messaging.
Creating content to reach various audiences across various areas of the business.
Content creation both digital and print.
Event management both in person and virtual.

Key Skills include:

Strong communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft packages.
Experience of working with digital and social media platforms in a professional capacity.
Degree in a related field.
Similar experience in a company of the same nature with global exposure.
Positive attitude, selfstarter, and team player.
Attention to detail.
