Sales Advisor - Permanent

Wrexham

£24,000 per annum

Full time Monday to Friday and every third Saturday

Our client is a well-established supplier of goods within specialist markets. They pride themselves on the availability of stock at competitive prices, quick turnaround of orders, and excellent customer service. This is an opportunity for an exceptional Salesperson to add value to an already successful team.


Responsibilities of a Sales Advisor:


  • Greet customer when entering into store and approach to start a conversation and offer your help and support.
  • Ask open questions to find out what the customer is looking to purchase or the reason for their visit
  • Offer your wide range of product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns the customer may have
  • Provide an enjoyable experience for the customer and upsell where appropriate for the customers needs.
  • Attend training sessions to keep up to date with product knowledge and new products
  • Excellent interpersonal and clear communication skills
  • First class product knowledge in specialist market industry
  • Approachable and friendly individual
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • High attention to detail and an excellent listener.
