Description

The client is a fast paced start-up, founded in 2020, they offer an integrated engagement solution platform designed to allow investment funds to engage more directly with the retail market.

The platform offers retail investors access to data and analytical video updates directly from investment managers.


They are now looking to a hire a permanent
Marketing Manager to head up the marketing function and work autonomously.


You'll be responsible for scaling user acquisition across the UK, and your focus will be to build and maintain the marketing engine.

You will work directly with the managing director and co-founders to define and execute a multi-channel growth strategy according to KPIs

The role offers a full time permanent contract with salary up to £42k.

Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute a multichannel growth strategy according to our KPIs
  • Scale user acquisition in the UK while maintaining CPA targets in core channels (LI/FB/IG/TW) and improving on existing systems.
  • Identify, test, launch and manage additional scalable acquisition channels to diversify the channel mix beyond social media (e.g. other paid social, partnerships, affiliates, OOH, influencers, etc.) with the aim of growing the user base, while keeping CPAsstable (or reducing CPAs where possible)
  • Hands on execution and daytoday management of all campaigns, utilising agencies if/when there's a business case to do so.
  • Lead and execute the development of growth experiments and marketing campaigns

The Person

  • Demonstrable track record of leading growth efforts and scaling brands (experience with platform businesses a plus).
  • Experience creating, testing, launching, optimising campaigns across organic and paid search, paid social, display and affiliate networks
  • Results and KPI driven with experience running growth programs and experiments that drove acquisition at scale.
  • Experience within a fastmoving startup environment.
  • Experience managing agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
- comfortable analysing Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
