As a People Services Team Leader, you will lead the People Services administration function to deliver first class customer support, ensuring legal and process compliance.

You will also work closely with the Head of European People Services to implement the HRIS


As a People Services Team Leader some of your responsibilities will include:
***- Lead and be responsible for the people services administration team in the delivery of end to end processes and completing defined administrative operations including data entry, within applicable service level agreements.

  • Complete legislative checks and ensure compliance, quality and controls are met, including ensuring forms and data are complete and able to meet audit requirements.
  • Responsible with the Head of European People Services for implementing a new HRIS on time and within budget. Work closely with the system providers, IT and P&C to implement the system according to the project plan, including process mapping, streamlining of processes and supporting with change management.
  • Superuser for HRIS system ensuring the People Services Team and local superusers are trained to use and support others with the system.

To succeed as a People Services Team Leader, we ask that you have the following experience/expertise:

  • Team leader experience in a HR administration environment.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, particularly recruitment and L&D systems, ideally with involvement in the implementation/integration of these systems.
  • Knowledge of different HR areas, including recruitment and selection, organisational structure, employee compensation and benefits, employee and labour relations, training and development, information and payroll.
