Working for a great company in Central Farnham, with free parking.

This will be a busy and varied role, based in the UK office of an International company, with the opportunity to travel to the European office once a quarter.

As Customer Service Co-Ordinator
the role will include:

  • All initial order-related customer communications.
  • Process customer orders, invoices and credit notes, and instruct third party suppliers to ensure efficient order delivery/fulfilment.
  • Monitor lowerlevel daytoday operations/issues.
  • Maintain planning spreadsheet and general administration.
  • Stock balancing.

As Customer Service Co-Ordinator
you will ideally:

  • Be able to work as part of a small, hard-working team.
  • Computer / Microsoft Office literate.
  • Educated to A Level or equivalent.
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
