The role of this post holder is to lead the delivery of the Company's Business Modernisation and Service Improvement agenda, focussing on improving the quality and productivity across all areas of the organisation to deliver service change.

The post holder will also explore business opportunities with its key stakeholder HDFT and potential external providers. The post holder will use their expert knowledge to influence and lead discussions with service leads and key stakeholders.


The post holder will provide strategic leadership for HIF in relation to service improvement and business modernisation, as well as exploring potential business development opportunities for the Company.

As such, the post holder will take responsibility for overall business development targets and will formulate long-term strategic plans that will impact across the whole of the Company's operations.

The post holder will have highly specialist knowledge, underpinned by theory and demonstrable experience, built up over a number of years in a service improvement and a business environment.
