Overview

Do you have a keen eye for detail and experience in processing orders? Have you worked within a B2B capacity and are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? 2fawcett are recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator to join a successful and established distribution company on a full time, permanent basis.

As an integral team member the role will include a high level of responsibility and ownership including managing the companies sales orders whilst offering an excellent opportunity to further develop you career in an ethically aware company with extensive industry knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities

Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently for on time delivery
Produce pick notes, dispatch notes, packing lists and shipping labels
Follow customer specific booking in and delivery processes and procedures
Support the supply chain department to build and maintain professional working relationships with customers
Book and manage deliveries with external hauliers and couriers
Report, investigate and manage any stock shortages
Planning international deliveries and tracking inbound shipments
Advise and lead the warehouse team on rework, picking and packing
Achieve KPI on delivery targets
General data entry

Requirements of the Supply Chain Administrator

Use of ERP's (MS Navision, or similar)
Proficient in Microsoft office packages
Min 2 years' experience Sales Order Processing in a wholesale B2B import environment
Ability to work to tight deadlines, work under pressure at times, problem solve, multitask
Excellent attention to detail, good written and oral communication skills
