Reed Education Southampton are currently looking for motivated Teaching Assistants with SEN Experience to join them in supporting schools with a variety of positions across the Southampton area on both a day-to-day and long term supply.

Essential Skills:

Qualified and Experienced of assisting in the classroom
Great Experience within an SEN Assisting role
Ensuring excellent support to the pupils and teachers
Great Behaviour Management
Must be able to both inspire and motivate pupils
