Salary:
Up to SK12 (currently £35,013 per annum)

aintenance work to council dwellings including reactive and planned work, as required for the Repairs Team within South Kesteven District Council

- o assist in the inspection and diagnosis of repairs D
- uties will include but not exclusive to; roofing, bricklaying and plastering C
- arry out general building type work to the internal and external of dwellings on various archetype properties within the Social Housing service U
- se council IT systems to manage and maintain repairs details O
- ut of Hours cover when required for emergency repairs
