The team requires enthusiastic team members committed to having a positive impact on cancer patient pathways.Duties include:
PTL management to ensure each patient has a complete tracking record.
Data entry and recording for Cancer Waiting Times upload and Audits.
Creation and Validation of CWT treatment entries on Somerset cancer system as well as completion of stage, grade and performance status.
MDT Management including MDT preparation for local or Network meetings and distribution of MDT outcomes to relevant team members and referring Trusts.
