Position:
Permanent - Full Time
We are seeking a highly organised, experienced
Lettings Administrator to join a successful, professional, local independent estate agent.

You **_
must have

_**previous experience in residential Property Lettings Administration; you will be a calm and unflappable person who can work in a pressurised environment; you will be able to solve problems effectively and ina timely manner.

You will also have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both Landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way.

Skills:
The skills required for thisLettings Administrator(Residential Lettings) role will include:

Previous experience in Lettings Administration
High level of customer service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Stay calm under pressure
Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
A confident team player
Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
