An opportunity has arisen for a Bank Personal Assistant to join our Eating Disorder team at Aldrington House on a part-time basis.

If this sounds good to you and you have any type of secretarial or PA experience, we'd love to hear from you

  • Providing an excellent personal assistant service to the senior manager.
  • Maintaining electronic service user records on the appropriate Trust software packages in order that all information is up to date
  • Diary management
  • Taking meeting minutes as necessary
  • Being first point of contact for all facetoface and telephone enquiries from a broad spectrum of people
  • Providing a highly professional, confidential messaging service and taking follow up action as appropriate (including highly sensitive and complex information)
  • Liaising with GP's, mental health services, voluntary service agencies, social services, police, probation and other appropriate agencies or individuals with regard to service user issues
  • Carrying out other general office duties

REQUIREMENTS:


In order to be a successful PA in our team, you will have:

  • A relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification / RSA 3 or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of a full range of secretarial procedures
  • Knowledge of software programmes / packages
  • Previous experience in a similar role
