Job Description & Person
Role Overview:
Working within the Council's Accounts Receivable Team you will be responsible for collecting Sundry Income to ensure collection rates are reached and maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively recover sundry income from individuals/companies/organisations etc.
- Progressing cases to the next recovery action
- Managing your own workload
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:
- Experience of providing a quality customer service and of assisting others.
- Experience of prioritising and managing your own workload and achieving deadlines and targets.
- Experience of Debt Collection procedures
