Job Description & Person


Role Overview:


Working within the Council's Accounts Receivable Team you will be responsible for collecting Sundry Income to ensure collection rates are reached and maintained.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively recover sundry income from individuals/companies/organisations etc.
  • Progressing cases to the next recovery action
  • Managing your own workload

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need as a minimum:

  • Experience of providing a quality customer service and of assisting others.
  • Experience of prioritising and managing your own workload and achieving deadlines and targets.
  • Experience of Debt Collection procedures
