The MASH Higher Clerical Assistant roles within the Service play a key part in supporting the Multi Agency Safeguarding Team (MASH) who are a first point of contact in safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of children, young people and their families.

The role involves high volume call handling and high volume data inputting.


Show high levels of attention to detail; and possess very clear communication skills, It is vital that both written and verbal information processing is done accurately and timely.

Given the time-critical nature of the work of the teams, the ability to work to a deadline is important.

The ability to multi task under pressure whilst working to agreed standards and have a flexible approach to be able to adapt to changes in priorities, being able to work both as part of a team and on your own initiative is required.

Experience:


  • Experienced in high volume call handling and data inputting

Previous customer service skills
