Cyber Security Delivery Lead - (Energy/Finance) Permanent

Location:
London (Hybrid remote working)


Salary : 65-85k + benefits

Working with some of the biggest names in the industry, this exciting pioneer in energy and financial solutions, has made it very clear that their rapid expansion is not over - in fact the business has committed to a significant head count increase and arelooking for an experienced Cyber Security Delivery Lead to join their team of passionate and highly-skilled technology professionals who will be responsible for the cloud-native development security oversight by bridging and facilitating the needs of the widerorganisation to implement security strategies and improve operations in an Agile manner.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead delivery for crossfunctional, multidisciplinary teams, comprised of internal and external stakeholders
  • Help our teams lead their transformation and implementation of cybersecurity initiatives
  • Support decisionmaking on security initiatives and solutions, including the delivery approach; lead the definition of security implementations, including threat modelling
  • Oversee the cloudnative development security compliance/governance, supporting security teams with deliverables, prioritisation, definition, governance, and documentation
  • Use security data, monitoring tools, and threat intelligence to inform insights and build the big picture
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver results within the identified time and budget scope
  • Liaise across the group, deliver Cybersecurity/DevSecOps frameworks/tools

Key Requirements

  • SCRUM / Agile expert with strong skillsets in Agile ceremonies
  • Expert in tools such as Confluence and JIRA
  • A strong and credible background in technical delivery across people, process, technology, and organisational improvements, including cybersecurity initiatives
  • Consultancy experience, including complex stakeholder engagement with internal and external parties, beneficiaries, and delivery partners
  • Ability to operate effectively as a leadership figure for all stakeholders, including delivery teams
  • A coaching mindset and the ability to understand and adapt to diverse cultures, and hierarchical structures
  • SCRUM master or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) required
  • Confleunce and JIRA admin required
