We're hiring

We're Palomar, a small, independent Mediterranean inspired restaurant on Bristol's ever lively Gloucester Road and we're looking for some extra hands to help with service.

We serve a range of small plates, as well as main dishes and a wide variety of premium wines, spirits and cocktails.

We focus on using premium ingredients, and take pride in our fantastic customer service, as seen on our reviews

For this role you must be hard-working, passionate about good food and wine, confident, and above all, friendly.

We're open 7 days a week, so shifts will be varying and flexible, with an average of around 20 hours a week.
