Fintelligent has an exciting opportunity for a confident, personable individual to join a market-premier financial company as a Sales Executive in Altrincham.

This full-time new business role comes with a basic salary of £32,000 with an OTE of £55,000 (uncapped)

As a talented Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting warm enquiries over the phone, ensuring an excellent customer experience and securing sales through consultative selling and rapport building.

Working hours are Monday-Friday, with nolate nights or weekends.

As a Sales Executive your duties will include:

Handling inbound calls from warm leads to secure financial services sales
Carrying out consultations and advise on the most appropriate product/service
Providing accurate information to the customer to ensure they know all of the service's features and are given the highest level of customer care
Adhering to compliance scripts and regulatory procedures at all times
Working towards set sales targets and activity levels, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

To be successful in this inbound Sales Executive role, you will need previous experience in a target-guided sales environment in positions such as sales advisor, new business executive, internal sales executive or telesales advisor.

You will also requireexcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to understand complex products and advise on suitable services.

In addition, you must have experience managing a pipeline of customers. Confidence, aspiration and a desire to succeed are alsoessential.

You will receive a fantastic basic salary of £32,000 plus uncapped commission with realistic yearly earnings of £55,000.
