My Clients insolvency team sits as part of their Commercial Dispute Resolution team. The team is the largest in the Disputes Resolution department and enjoys a close-knit collegiate feel. Members enjoy an interesting variety of work.

Their focus centres onthree workstreams:
civil fraud, contentious insolvency and arbitration.

They straddle the firm's sectors and work closely with other teams across the firm to help clients who may find themselves involved in disputes.

They regularly deal with high-profile andcomplex disputes meaning that they act quickly, assertively, and effectively for clients, providing creative solutions to challenging problems.

Often delivering a successful outcome involves a multi-disciplinary approach, using a wider group of experts.

Theyhave an established network of other trusted and tested service providers, including counsel, accountants, data analysts, investigators, and foreign legal teams.

Currently they are looking to appoint an associate/ senior associate.

You should have strong technical experience in contentious insolvency matters as well as excellent client relationship skills, working with Partners and lawyers at all levels in the teamto meet clients' needs.

You will also be comfortable in contributing towards business development and marketing activities, developing and maintaining client relationships and contributing to Knowhow and thought leadership.
