Recruitment Consultant - Runcorn - £28,000 up to £32,000 per year

Who are D&D?
D&D Recruit are a logistics recruitment done properly, at scale. We are looking for a new member to add to our growing team.


The role

Responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day management of all existing clients alongside the current team
  • Delivery of excellent Customer service to all clients
  • Achieve and increase performance across targeted KPI's
  • Adhere to strict compliance and hold a full understanding of rules and regulations
  • Excellent commercial understanding managing the client and temporary workforce in line with the company forecast
  • Arrange and maintain regular client meetings and reviews with a proactive approach
  • No new business sales are expected within this role.

Essential skills:

  • Min 1+ years' experience in the recruitment sector, driving or industrial is preferable
  • Previous experience working within a recruitment desk with both large bluechip clients and smaller regional customers
  • Selfmotivated, ambitious and target driven
  • Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with a sense of humour
  • Able to work well under pressure when required

Shifts:
8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (no bank holidays)
On call rota for evenings and weekend (Paid)
