JOB DESCRIPTION
FIRST is seeking a
Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist the talent team in attracting talent and spearhead recruitment efforts for full-time, freelance, and part-time opportunities across the business.
Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilise applicant tracking system (Bamboo) for job postings, reviewing applicants and creating offer letters
- Manage relationships with external agencies
- Always look for new ways to attract a diverse pool of talent
- Increase brand awareness on social media
- Assist the Talent Manager with benchmarking positions throughout EMEA
- Update weekly pipeline reports as well as maintaining longterm statistics on recruitment
- Maintain important documents in regard to tracking open/closed roles and number of interviews per week
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a fastpaced environment
- You'll be able to prioritise across multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management and to take a selfstarting approach to your day
- Applicant tracking system experience preferred
ADMINISTRATION & GENERAL:
- Assume responsibility for own environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies while having clean smart surroundings
- Work intelligently and ensure that Hiring Managers and the People & Culture team are aware of problems or issues which negatively affect productivity
- Build excellent relations with team through positive communications
- Ensure knowledge is shared within the team to enable them to work smarter and more efficiently
- Work on ad hoc requests as required
