You'll either already be a Partner or a Senior Associate looking to take that step up to Partnership.

Residential Property Partner

Bournemouth

£75,000 - £85,000

My client, a leading Legal 200 ranked firm based in Bournemouth, is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a successful department in this critical hire.

You'll be Residential Conveyancer (7+ years' PQE) with management experience to supervise a team, with the technical ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files for freehold and leasehold properties from initial instruction through to post completiondealing with:

  • Sales
  • Purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Equity releases
You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain
new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
