08:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)

Due to their expanding Branch Network, they currently have an excellent permanent opportunity for a Recruitment/Senior Consultant to join their busy Rochford office, covering the Southend, Maidstone & Chelmsford areas.

Responsibilities:


  • Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into the Road Haulage and Distribution markets Business development via marketing techniques, sales/cold calls and networking to gain new business
  • Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
  • Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
  • Account management
  • Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
  • Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
  • Matching workers to vacancies
  • Rotating on call duties required

Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of the Southend, Maidstone & Chelmsford areas would be desirable.
  • Sales focused with successful business development skills
  • Account management

  • Proven record of success in B2B sales
  • Target driven
  • Excellent level of customer service
  • Must be articulate and enthusiastic
  • A selfstarter with the desire to progress within their career
  • Minimum 6months experience in recruitment
  • Ideally, previous experience within Industrial or Driving recruitment is advantageous
  • Own transport is essential for this role
