Our client, a global property company is seeking a service delivery manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
In this role, you will also be providing infrastructureBAU and project delivery support, desk side and meeting room support, as well as end user training.
Role:
Working as a Service Delivery Manager for my client, you will be a part of the technology team and will play a pivotal role as the point of contact for technology queries and support across the company.
The following are essential:
- 35+ years' experience in a systems support/service delivery role at a global company across various time zones
- Exposure to a broad range of systems, eg. Active Directory, Windows, Office 365 and Exchange
- Experience in maintaining hardware, desktops, laptops etc.
The following are desirable:
- Ability to work on network troubleshooting, PC/laptop imaging technology, mobile telephony and desktop security, and cyber security
- ITIL Foundation
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Working Hours & Flexible Working:
3 days on-site
Salary:
Up to £35k (depending on experience) + excellent benefits
