Our client, a global property company is seeking a service delivery manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

You will work on providing 1 st and 2 nd line support to end users across the company.

In this role, you will also be providing infrastructureBAU and project delivery support, desk side and meeting room support, as well as end user training.


Role:


Working as a Service Delivery Manager for my client, you will be a part of the technology team and will play a pivotal role as the point of contact for technology queries and support across the company.

You will also be working with local technology suppliersamong various stakeholders.


The following are essential:


  • 35+ years' experience in a systems support/service delivery role at a global company across various time zones
  • Exposure to a broad range of systems, eg. Active Directory, Windows, Office 365 and Exchange
  • Experience in maintaining hardware, desktops, laptops etc.

The following are desirable:


  • Ability to work on network troubleshooting, PC/laptop imaging technology, mobile telephony and desktop security, and cyber security
  • ITIL Foundation
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Working Hours & Flexible Working:

3 days on-site


Salary:


Up to £35k (depending on experience) + excellent benefits
