A new role has opened for an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a progressive Legal 100 firm in Newcastle.

Our client has an outstanding reputation working with a well-established national and international client base. The firm is known for its collaborative culture and continuous support.
As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you will primarily focus on social housing litigation but will also work on a range of matters including:

  • Tenant portfolio management
  • Lease renewals and disputes
  • Claims for disrepair
  • Advising clients on complaints procedures
Ideally, you will be - 5 years' PQE with some experience in property litigation.

The role will suit you if you have a self-driven, commercially minded attitude as well as the ability to work to deadlines and build strong relationships with clients.
