Description

We seeking an organised administrator with a background in purchasing, ordering and distributing supplies, together with strong admin and clerical skills to support the hospital's Therapies and Site Teams.


This is a varied position and will best suit someone who is adaptable and has a helpful, hands-on and can-do approach to meet the needs of the service.


In this role, you will be working across the site provide an internal supply chain services for centralised clinical and stationery supplies to the ward teams, departments on site and, at times, wider mental health services.


You will also undertake regular administrative tasks to support the Therapies Team, Site Team and be required to provide daily cover for breaks on the Reception desk.


You will be joining the well established and supportive Mental Health Admin and Support Services Team and we will help you to settle into your new role as quickly as possible by providing advice and support.

You will have regular 1:1 sessions with the Hospital Manager and Therapies Manager, alongside team catch-ups.


Training will be provided in our specific systems, supporting the knowledge and experience you bring to this role, to complete your tasks.
