The Job:
In this role working in their busy team in central Bristol, this is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to step into an office role.
Responsibilities will include:
- Filing
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards.
- Telephoning third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for their case handlers.
- General photocopying and preparation of court bundles and documents.
- Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors.
- File closing.
The Person:
For this role, previous office administration experience isn't essential, but it's important you are organised, accurate and happy to work in a busy department with the ability to work to time sensitive deadlines.
The Location:
Central Bristol, no car parking
The Salary:
£23,600
