Teesside University is advertising for an International Recruitment Assistant to support the University's growth ambitions and the achievement of the 2027 international strategy.


In recent years, Teesside's international profile has gone from strength-to-strength, with the establishment of global strategic partnerships, growth in international student numbers and the ongoing internationalisation of the curriculum.

Reporting to the Head of International Recruitment, the International Recruitment Assistant will be a key member of the Department for International Development's recruitment team, providing support to colleagues within the department and across the University.

They will support all scholarship enquiries and provide data and analytical support to the team. They will support the organisation of webinars for international audiences and support in-person events.

The International Recruitment Assistant will be a key member of a high-energy, ambitious team who have delivered fantastic international growth for the university and have challenging targets ahead, supporting colleagues across the global and helping to differentiate the Teesside University offer in a higher competitive market.

The role requires occasional international travel and the ability to work effectively whether on campus or remotely. It is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop experience in international recruitment.
