We are looking for an enthusiastic Training and Events Coordinator to join our busy, dynamic and energetic team.The position will offer the ideal opportunity to develop your skills in event coordination within a professional and respected professional body.
The role
The role holder will need to manage a busy workload, working closely with colleagues within the immediate team and wider department to organise successful, high quality and engaging training and events.
The Training and Events Coordinator's main responsibilities will include:Supporting the coordination, planning and administration of over 150 online and in-person training sessions
Supporting the end-to-end delivery of online, in-person and hybrid seminars, workshops and events including the Pupillage Fair and the Annual Bar and Young Bar Conference
Working closely and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to plan and deliver training and events
Maintaining booking and sales systems to ensure smooth running of own projects
What we're looking for*Strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
The ability to show initiative by working independently as well as within a team
Strong attention-to-detail and customer service skills
The ability to develop strong relationships with professional audiences
Proven administrative skills in any area

Salary:
£26,312.00-£30,900.00 per year
