Customer Call Handler

We're Hiring Our company is growing really fast, so we're now looking to expand our Head Office team.

If you're good at talking to people and have an excellent attention to detail, then you're the sort of person we're looking for

Experience in the energy industry is preferred of course, but not required - it's a new industry, so don't worry if you don't know much - full training is provided.

The Role

Contacting customers to explain and confirm any and all information relating to their installation, ensuring they understand what is happening and when
Checking over all relevant documentation for each installation to ensure it is compliant with EPVS
Being the first point of contact for customers, representing the Solar Fast brand and leaving a lasting impression
Help customers and engineers with their queries about ongoing projects (full training provided)

No day is the same, every home and customer is different. You'll be faced with new challenges and scenarios, learning as-you-go, with each project; working within a fast-paced environment.

The work schedule is the usual Mon-Fri We believe in family 1st at Solar Fast and we can discuss flexibility around childcare and other commitments.
