Contract Scotland has a great opportunity for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join one of the UKs biggest housebuilders in the East.

Duties include:

Assist clients throughout the process with their decision making.
Achieve sales targets as set by the Sales Manager
Meet and greet clients.
Ensuring general presentation of the site is up to standards.
Produce progress/update reports and submit these to the Sales Manager
Assist with Site Manager on handover of completed property to client, including full explanation of all benefits and features
Attend weekly meeting with construction team to discuss build progress and updates
Any other duties relating to the smooth and efficient running of the onsite sales function.
