Full-time - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

What will the role involve?

  • Receiving and processing customer enquiries
  • Receiving and processing customer orders
  • Working closely with internal and external teams
  • Problem resolution
  • Managing account relationships
  • Coordinating logistics and shipments
  • Preparing export documentation
  • Processing commercial invoices and administration
  • Order resolution
  • Technical support
  • Developing professional relationships
  • Adhering to policies and procedures

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is essential
  • Previous export, logistics or shipping experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Customer service skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Problem solving
  • IT proficient, with previous use of CRMs and all Windows packages
