Full-time - Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
What will the role involve?
- Receiving and processing customer enquiries
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Working closely with internal and external teams
- Problem resolution
- Managing account relationships
- Coordinating logistics and shipments
- Preparing export documentation
- Processing commercial invoices and administration
- Order resolution
- Technical support
- Developing professional relationships
- Adhering to policies and procedures
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role is essential
- Previous export, logistics or shipping experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Customer service skills and excellent telephone manner
- Problem solving
- IT proficient, with previous use of CRMs and all Windows packages
