As Food and Beverage Supervisor at One Devonshire Gardens, you will be responsible for private dining, meetings and events and the setup and organisation of the rooms.

You will be required to ensure all guests expectations are met during the meeting or event and provide amazing hospitality to our guests.

This role also involves working within our
3 AA rosette restaurant and will be expected to maintain and, indeed, exceed current standards.


One Devonshire Gardens is the jewel in Hotel Du Vin's Scottish Crown with a 3 AA Rosette restaurant, private dining rooms, meeting & event space, a whisky snug and a fantastic wine list.

In the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be working to maximize the output of all these spaces and the experiences of our guests.


_ We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview._
