Here is a rewarding role that will directly impact many clients lives


As the Grant Claims Co-ordinator, you will be working with our service teams to coordinate and administer Public Health Budgets (PHB) to clients, meeting all deadlines.

You will liaise with the Community Gateway team and PHB feedback volunteers to ensure information recorded is relevant, accurate and up-to-date.

You will also work closely with the PHB Project leads and the Grants Payable Co-ordinator to continually improve processes.

Salary:
£23,500 per annum


Hours of Work: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, with reasonable flexibility to cover the Finance phone line during busy periods. 37 hours a week.


Duration:
Fixed term for 12 months

Age UK Cornwall administers one-off Personal Health Budgets (PHB) on behalf of the Integrated Care Board (ICB).

A one-off PHB is used to enable a safe hospital discharge; to prevent unnecessary hospital admission or re-admission and is an integral part of a care and support plan which enables improved health and wellbeing over an extended period of time.
