The role
As an Operations Clerk, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

Ensuring the provision of operational support to the flying task undertaking all duties as required to always meet or exceed customer expectations and contractual needs.

Day to day, you'll assist the Duty Student with preparation for the morning brief, as well as:

Co-ordinate and display aircraft allocation for the daily flying programme. At cease flying remove all details and prepare for the next day's flying.
Maintain the Ops Log and update as required.
Coordinate bookings for low flying and maintain a record of completed sorties.
Ensure relevant publications, maps, charts, forms, and documents are to the correct amendment state and readily available in the Ops Room. Report any deficiencies.

This role is part time and based onsite at RAF Wittering. This role is 18 hours a week Monday - Friday.

Essential experience of the Operations Clerk:

IT skills MS office, word, excel.
Full Driving License
Experience of support to military or civilian flying operations.
Able to work flexibly as part of a team.
Customer Service Experience
